Who or What Is An Impact Christian?

A person who uses his status and position in the community to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ is what I call, an impact Christian. An impact Christian is someone who knows and loves Jesus Christ to the fullest. An impact Christian is also a follower of Christ that has experienced pain and heartache in life, yet they found the faith to still make room in their lives for others. The apostle Paul was an Impact Christian. This type of Christian is different from the so-called “Jesus freak” or the “sold out” Christian. Impact Christians are similar to Tim Tebow, they are not loved by the world, but are themselves in love with Christ, and full of His purpose. Impact Christians use their social status in the world to show the love of Christ to a dying world. Folks believe this, these are the last days! Christ wants a face that our family and friends can recognize as His own. Pastors, ministers, and lay members of the church will no longer be the only saving face of this world. God has chosen a particular group of people for this end–time harvest. It's time for the end-time leaders to take their rightful place from every corner of the world. The wealth of the wicked will rest in the hands of God’s chosen people and they will indeed leave an inheritance for their children's children. I truly believe these impact Christians are the end-time leaders. They have been prepared for this very purpose. Some of them are not even in the church yet, but they are coming soon. The other portion of this end-time move of God is unconsciously sitting in the seats of dead churches around the world. But they are about to arise and hear the sound of God’s spirit beaconing them to man their post and take possession of what Jesus already bought and paid for. God has blessed these people with life experiences that are beyond amazing. They are fruitful and they will multiply the Kingdom of God for His glory alone. This is not another prosperity move of God; it is much more than that. This is not a get rich strategy, but rather a fulfillment of scripture as in Proverbs 13:22: A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just (KJV). It’s time to make a withdrawal from the laid-up funds so we can do the work that needs to be done here in the earth. Dr. Jimmy L.
